3 A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXTENSION OF
4 THE CONTRACT WITH CRANFORD JOHNSON ROBINSON
5 WOODS TO PROVIDE ADVERTISING SERVICES TO THE
6 ARTS & HUMANITIES PROMOTION COMMISSION FOR 1991.

9 WHEREAS, in December, 1989, the Arts & Humanities Promotion
10 Commission approved the proposal submitted by Cranford Johnson
11 Robinson Woods to provide advertising services in the amount of
12 $30,000 each year for 1990 ad 1991; and
13 Wes, Resolution No. 8,237 authorized the funding in the
14 amount of $30,000 for 1990.
15 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
16 THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
17 SECTION 1: The City Manager is authorized to extend the
18 contract with Cranford Johnson Robinson Woods for 1991 in the
19 amount of $30,000 to provide advertising services to the Arts &
20 Humanities Promotion Commission.
21 SECTION 2: Funding is available in Account No.
22 210- 010 -8260 for this service.
