RESOLUTION NO. 8,452
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO
ACCEPT BIDS AND AWARD CONTRACTS FOR GASOLINE
AND DIESEL FUEL CONDITIONERS, AND SECURITY
SERVICE FOR THE DEPARTMENT OF GENERAL SERVICES/
FLEET SERVICES DIVISION.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The City Manager is hereby authorized to accept
bids and award contracts for the following:
1. to Certified Labs in an amount not to exceed $22,000
for the purchase of gasoline and diesel fuel conditioners for the
Department of General Services /Fleet Services Division.
2. to Andrews Arkansas Valley Security in an amount not to
exceed $33,524.40 ($6.14 an hour) for security services for the
Department of General Services /Fleet Services Division.

Certified was awarded the contract by lot as they were tied with
Mantek.
