RESOLUTION NO. 8,450
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFER
OF FUNDS BETWEEN GENERAL FUND POLICE
BUDGET OVERTIME ACCOUNTS.
WHEREAS, by Ordinance No. 15,980 the Board of Directors
adopted the 1991 Budget Ordinance and established, balances in the
City's departmental budget accounts; and
WHEREAS, there needs to be a reallocation of the funds between
divisions of the City's Police Department.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The amount of $90,000 shall be transferred from
the Police Department Downtown Patrol Budget Overtime Account (100-
350- 5500 -1030) in the General Fund to the Police Southwest Patrol
Budget Overtime Account (100 -350- 5510 - 1030).
