RESOLUTION NO. 8.443
A RESOLUTION MAKING APPOINTMENTS
TO THE PRIVATE INDUSTRY COUNCIL.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. Mr. R. David Massery and Mr. Hardy L.
Winburn are hereby appointed as members of the Private
Industry Council in the Private Sector (replacing Kramer
Darragh and Randy Wilbourn, respectively) for three year
terms expiring May 3, 1994.
SECTION 2. This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
ADOPTED: February 5, 1991
