A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO
ENTER INTO A CONTRACT WITH TOWNSHIP BUILDERS,
INC. TO INSTALL 40 DECORATIVE STREET LIGHTS IN
THE QUAPAW QUARTER AREA.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1: The City Manager is hereby authorized to accept
bids and award a contract to Township Builders, Inc. in an amount
not to exceed $150,205 to install 40 decorative street lights in
the following Quapaw Quarter areas:
(1) 7th Street from Cumberland to Ferry
(2) Rock Street from 6th to 9th
(3) 9th Street in front of McArthur Park
SECTION 2: Funds are available for this project in Account
No. 301- 220 - 0071 -7010.
