RESOLUTION NO. 8,431
A RESOLUTION GRANTING A FRANCHISE TO THE
EXCELSIOR HOTEL TO USE THE AIR SPACE ABOVE
A PORTION OF THE RIGHT -OF -WAY OF ASHLEY STREET
FOR A SKYWALK AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS
SECTION 1. A franchise is hereby granted to the
Excelsior Hotel to use a part of the air space above the
right -of -way of Ashley for a skyway entry. The skywalk will
be for a distance of 115 ft. and an-approximate width of 6
feet.
SECTION 2. This resolution shall remain in full force
and effect from and after its adoption and approval. The
City reserves the right to revoke said franchise approval in
the event of failure to comply with the requirements of
approval or in the event of a public need superior to the
use granted.
