P� i J�y�;v ? o 9 10 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE 11 CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,ARKANSAS. 12 Section 1. The zoning classification of the following described property be changed from PD-R, 13 Planned District- Residential,to Revised PD-R, Planned District- Residential: 14 Z-9964-A - DESCRIBED AS LOTS 1, 2, 3, BLOCK 4, OAK FOREST 15 ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, PULASKI COUNTY, 16 ARKANSAS. 17 Section 2.The preliminary site development plan/plat be approved as recommended by the Little 18 Rock Planning Commission. 19 Section 3. The change in zoning classification contemplated for Sanchez- Revised PD-R located 20 at 1200 S. Taylor Street (Z-9964-A) is conditioned upon obtaining final plan approval within the time 21 specified by Chapter 36,Article VII, Section 36-454(e)of the Code of Ordinances. See Exhibit A(Zoning 22 Map)and Exhibit B(Survey). 23 Section 4.This Ordinance shall not take effect and be in full force until the final plan approval. 24 Section 5.The map referred to in Chapter 36 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock, 25 Arkansas, and the designated district map be and it hereby amended to the extent and in the respects 26 necessary to affect and designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof. 27 Section 6.Severability. In the event any title,section, paragraph, item, sentence,clause phrase, or 28 word of this resolution is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration or 29 adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the ordinance which shall remain in full force and 30 effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional was not originally a part of the 31 ordinance. 32 Section 7. Repealer. All laws, ordinances, resolutions, or parts of the same, that are inconsistent 33 with the provisions of this resolution,are hereby repealed to the extent of such inconsistency.
