9 WHEREAS,the Little Rock Planning Commission has reviewed the requested changes to
10 the Land Use Plan Map and now recommends the changes for adoption.
11 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
12 THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK:
13 Section 1. The Land Use Plan Map is amended from Office (O) to Commercial (C) as
14 shown in the attached graphic Exhibit A, following the described territory below, also referred to
15 as Lots 1RR,Arkansas Systems Office Park.

11 Section 2. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause,
12 phrase, or word of this ordinance is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such
13 declaration or adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the ordinance which shall
14 remain in full force and effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional
15 was not originally a part of the ordinance.
16 Section 12. Repealer. All laws, ordinances, resolutions, or parts of the same that are
17 inconsistent with the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed to the extent of such
18 inconsistency.
