D/B/A MASTEK, 6 INC., IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED TWO HUNDRED THIRTEEN 7 THOUSAND,FIVE HUNDRED SEVENTY-EIGHT AND 43/100 DOLLARS 8 ($213,578.43), INCLUDING APPLICABLE TAXES AND FEES, FOR THE 9 ORACLE CLOUD SUBSCRIPTION SERVICES EXPANSION CHANGE 10 ORDER TO PROVIDE LICENSING FOR ORACLE'S INVENTORY 11 MANAGEMENT, RECRUITING BOOSTER, AND GUIDED LEARNING 12 MODULES, FOR THE ORACLE FUSION ENTERPRISE RESOURCE 13 PLANNING(ERP) SYSTEM; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES. 14 15 WHEREAS, on February 17, 2026, the Board of Directors authorized the initial agreement with 16 Mythics, LLC through Evolutionary Systems Corp. doing business as Mastek, Inc. per Resolution No. 17 16,971; and, 18 WHEREAS, it is the Information Technology Department's recommendation that the initial scope of 19 work for Oracle Fusion Enterprise Resource Planning System subscription services&licensing be modified 20 to include Oracle Cloud Subscription Services Expansion Change Order to provide licensing for Oracle's 21 Inventory Management,Recruiting Booster,and Guided Learning modules for the Oracle Fusion Enterprise 22 Resource Planning(ERP)System,through board approval of the Change Order and City Manager execution 23 of an Agreement Amendment with Mythics, LLC,through Evolutionary Systems Corp. doing business as 24 Mastek,Inc.; and, 25 WHEREAS,per the vendor's pricing schedule inset below as Exhibit A,the cost to purchase licensing 26 for the Oracle Cloud Subscription Services Expansion,is in an amount not to exceed Two Hundred Thirteen 27 Thousand,Five Hundred Seventy-Eight and 43/100 Dollars($213,578.43). 28 NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY 29 OF LITTLE ROCK,ARKANSAS: 30 Section 1.The City Manager is authorized to enter into an agreement amendment for the change order 31 with Mythics,LLC,through Evolutionary Systems Corp.doing business as Mastek,Inc., in an amount not 32 to exceed Two Hundred Thirteen Thousand, Five Hundred Seventy-Eight and 43/100 Dollars 33 ($213,578.43), including applicable taxes and fees,for the Oracle Cloud Subscription Services Expansion [Page 1 of 3] 1 Change Order to provide licensing for Oracle's Inventory Management, Recruiting Booster, and Guided 2 Learning modules,for the Oracle Fusion Enterprise Resource Planning(ERP) System. 3 Section 2.Funds for this purchase are allocated in the Finance Department's Administration Account 4 No. 102501-61350. 5 Section 3.Severability.In the event any title,section,paragraph,item,sentence,clause,phrase,or word 6 of this resolution is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional,such declaration or adjudication 7 shall not affect the remaining portions of the resolution which shall remain in full force and effect as if the 8 portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional was not originally a part of the resolution. 9 Section 4. Repealer.
