D/B/A MASTEK, INC., IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO 6 EXCEED ONE HUNDRED SEVENTY-EIGHT THOUSAND, EIGHT 7 HUNDRED SEVENTY DOLLARS ($178,870.00), PLUS APPLICABLE 8 TAXES AND FEES,FOR A CHANGE ORDER TO THE SCOPE OF WORK 9 FOR THE ORACLE FUSION ENTERPRISE RESOURCE PLANNING 10 (ERP) SYSTEM IMPLEMENTATION WHICH INCLUDES SOURCING & 11 INVENTORY MANAGEMENT, AND LRCVB RECRUITING BOOSTER 12 AND RETIREE BENEFIT PROGRAM AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES. 13 14 WHEREAS,on March 17,2026,the Board of Directors authorized the initial agreement with Mythics, 15 LLC through Evolutionary Systems Corp.doing business as Mastek,Inc. per Resolution No. 17,001; and 16 WHEREAS, it is the Information Technology Department's recommendation that the initial scope of 17 work for the implementation of the Oracle Fusion Enterprise Resource Planning System at the City be 18 modified to include additional modules to expand system functionality to encompass Sourcing&Inventory 19 Management,and LRCVB Recruiting Booster and Retiree Benefit Program through board approval of the 20 Change Order and City Manager execution of an Agreement Amendment with Evolutionary Systems Corp. 21 doing business as Mastek,Inc.; and, 22 WHEREAS, per the vendor's pricing schedules inset below as Exhibit A, the cost to purchase and 23 implement additional modules is a One Hundred Thirty Thousand, One Hundred Fifty Dollars 24 ($130,150.00) for Sourcing and Inventory Management and Forty-Eight Thousand, Seven Hundred and 25 Twenty Dollars($48,720.00)for LRCVB' s Recruiting Booster and Retiree Benefit Program,for a total of 26 One Hundred Seventy-Eight Thousand,Eight Hundred Seventy Dollars($178,870.00). 27 NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY 28 OF LITTLE ROCK,ARKANSAS: 29 Section 1.The City Manager is authorized to enter into an agreement amendment for the change order 30 with Evolutionary Systems Corp.doing business as Mastek Inc.,in an amount not to exceed an amount not 31 to exceed One Hundred Seventy-Eight Thousand, Eight Hundred Seventy Dollars ($178,870.00), for the 32 purchase and implementation of additional modules to expand system functionality to encompass Sourcing 33 &Inventory Management,and LRCVB Recruiting Booster and Retiree Benefit Program. [Page 1 of 3] 1 Section 2.Funds for this purchase are allocated in the Information Technology Department's General 2 Budget Fund Account No. 103030-63211. 3 Section 3.Severability.In the event any title,section,paragraph,item,sentence,clause,phrase,or word 4 of this resolution is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional,such declaration or adjudication 5 shall not affect the remaining portions of the resolution which shall remain in full force and effect as if the 6 portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional was not originally a part of the resolution. 7 Section 4. Repealer. Important: The 100%discount applied to the Retiree Benefits Program is valid only if this Change Request is approved in its entirety,inclusive of the LRCVB Recruiting Cloud scope. Should the City elect to approve the Retiree Benefits Program independently of the LRCVB Recruiting Cloud scope,the Retiree Benefits Program will be re-priced at its standalone value.
