3 A RESOLUTION TO EXTEND THE DISTRICT AT
4 BRECKENRIDGE TEMPORARY ENTERTAINMENT DISTRICT,
5 FOR THE DATES OF SEPTEMBER 1, 2026, TO DECEMBER 31,
6 2026; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

8 WHEREAS, on July 23, 2019, the Board of Directors of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas,
9 passed Little Rock, Ark., Ordinance No. 21,761 ("LRO 21,761") as amended which permitted
10 the creation of a Temporary Entertainment District pursuant to Arkansas State Law and City
11 Ordinance(see District Map as Exhibit A);and,
12 WHEREAS, the Breckenridge TED was created pursuant to Little Rock, Ark., Resolution No.
13 16,476(October 15,2024)("LRR 16,476"); and,
14 WHEREAS,the TED was extended in Little Rock,Ark.,Resolution No. 17,025 (April 21, 2026)
15 ("LRR 17,025")for a period of May 1,2026,through August 31,2026; and,
16 WHEREAS, an application to further extend the District at Breckenridge Temporary
17 Entertainment District was received by the City, requesting approval for a period of one hundred twenty
18 (120)days.
19 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
20 CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,ARKANSAS.
21 Section 1. The Board of Directors hereby approves the extension of the District of Breckenridge
22 Temporary Entertainment District for the period beginning September 1,2026 through December 31,2026.
23 Section 2. Boundaries. The District at Breckenridge Temporary Entertainment District
24 boundaries will contain the entire Breckenridge Village property located at the southwest corner of
25 Breckenridge Drive and N.Rodney Parham Road in the City of Little Rock, Arkansas.
26 Section 3. Timeframe. The District at Breckenridge Temporary Entertainment District shall be
27 extended as a Temporary Entertainment District upon the adoption of this Resolution and shall expire after
28 December 31, 2026. The hours of operation for the District at Breckenridge Temporary Entertainment
29 District will be from 11:00 am to 10:00 pm, Wednesday through Sunday, five(5)days a week as adopted
30 by this ordinance. The City reserves the right to amend boundaries and hours of operation at its sole
31 discretion.
32 Section 4. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause, phrase,
33 or word of this resolution is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration

1 or adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the resolution which shall remain in full force
2 and effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional was not originally a part of
3 the resolution.
4 Section 5. Repealer. The provisions of all technical codes, ordinances, and codes of ordinances
5 in conflict with the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed.
