3 A RESOLUTION TO SET SEPTEMBER 1,2026 AS THE DATE OF PUBLIC
4 HEARING ON THE APPEAL OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION'S
5 ACTION IN APPROVING A SPECIAL USE PERMIT TITLED CKM
6 GROUP HOME - SPECIAL USE PERMIT, LOCATED AT 15
7 BROOKHAVEN DRIVE (Z-10228-A) IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
8 ARKANSAS;AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

10 WHEREAS, a timely notice of appeal has been filed as a result of the action of the Little Rock
11 Planning Commission's action in approving a Special Use Permit titled CKM Group Home- Special Use
12 Permit, located at 15 Brookhaven Drive(Z-10228-A), in Little Rock,Arkansas. See Exhibit A site map.
13 NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
14 CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,ARKANSAS.
15 Section 1. The hearing on the appeal of the action to approve a Special Use Permit titled CKM
16 Group Home - Special Use Permit, located 15 Brookhaven Drive(Z-10228-A), in Little Rock,Arkansas,
17 shall be held at a meeting of the Board of Directors of the City of Little Rock,Arkansas in the Board of
18 Directors Chambers, Second Floor of City Hall, 500 West Markham Street, Little Rock,Arkansas at six
19 o'clock(6:00 p.m.),or as soon thereafter as the item appears on the agenda, on the 1st September 1, 2026.
20 Section 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to give notice of such hearing in the manner prescribed
21 by law by publication once a week for two (2) consecutive weeks in a newspaper published in Pulaski
22 County,Arkansas,and having a general circulation in the City of Little Rock.
