4 AND TO ESTABLISH A PLANNED DISTRICT - RESIDENTIAL TITLED
5 ORNDORFF#4 -PD-R,LOCATED AT 2324 ROCK ST. (Z-10307),CITY OF
6 LITTLE ROCK,ARKANSAS; TO AMEND THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP
7 OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER
8 PURPOSES.

10 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
11 CITY OF LITTLE
12 ROCK,ARKANSAS.
13 Section 1. The zoning classification of the following described property be changed from R-4,
14 Two-Family Residential District to PD-R,Planned District-Residential:
15 Z-10307 - DESCRIBED AS LOT 9, BLOCK 3 OF FULK'S SUBDIVISION OF
16 BLOCKS 14, 15,AND 16,RAPLEY ESTATES,AN ADDITION TO THE CITY OF
17 LITTLE ROCK,PULASKI COUNTY,ARKANSAS. (See Exhibit A).
18 Section 2. The preliminary site development plan/plat be approved as recommended by the Little
19 Rock Planning Commission.
20 Section 3. The change in zoning classification contemplated for Orndorff#4 - PD-R located at
21 2324 Rock Street(Z-10307)is conditioned upon obtaining final plan approval within the time specified by
22 Chapter 36,Article VII, Section 36-454(e)of the Code of Ordinances.
23 Section 4.This Ordinance shall not take effect and be in full force until the final plan approval.
24 Section 5.The map referred to in Chapter 36 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock,
25 Arkansas,and designated district map be and it hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary
26 to affect and designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.(See Exhibit B).
27 Section 6.Severability.In the event any title,section, paragraph, item, sentence,clause phrase, or
28 word of this resolution is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration or
29 adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the ordinance which shall remain in full force and
30 effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional was not originally a part of the
31 ordinance.
32 Section 7.Repealer. All laws, ordinances, resolutions, or parts of the same, that are inconsistent
33 with the provisions of this resolution,are hereby repealed to the extent of such inconsistency.
