6 OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; TO AMEND THE OFFICIAL ZONING
7 MAP OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK;AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

9 NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
10 CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,ARKANSAS.
11 Section 1.The zoning classification of the following described property be changed from R-4,
12 Two-Family Residential District to PD-R, Planned District-Residential:

14 Z-10305 - DESCRIBED AS THE EAST 100 FEET OF LOT 4, BLOCK 8,
15 MASONIC ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,ARKANSAS. (See
16 Exhibit A).

18 Section 2.The preliminary site development plan/plat be approved as recommended by the
19 Little Rock Planning Commission.
20 Section 3.The change in zoning classification contemplated for Orndorff#2-PD-R located at
21 1012 College Street (Z-10305) is conditioned upon obtaining final plan approval within the time
22 specified by Chapter 36,Article VII, Section 36-454(e)of the Code of Ordinances.
23 Section 4.This Ordinance shall not take effect and be in full force until the final plan approval.
24 Section 5. The map referred to in Chapter 36 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little
25 Rock,Arkansas,and designated district map be and it hereby amended to the extent and in the respects
26 necessary to affect and designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof. (See Exhibit B).
27 Section 6. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause
28 phrase, or word of this resolution is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such
29 declaration or adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the ordinance which shall
30 remain in full force and effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional
31 was not originally a part of the ordinance.

1 Section 7. Repealer. All laws, ordinances, resolutions, or parts of the same, that are
2 inconsistent with the provisions of this resolution, are hereby repealed to the extent of such
3 inconsistency.
