8 TO AMEND THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
9 ROCK,ARKANSAS;AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

11 BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
12 ARKANSAS.
13 Section 1.That the zoning classification of the following described property be changed from PRD,
14 Planned Residential District to Revised PRD, Planned Residential District:

17 QUARTER AND PART OF THE NORTHWEST QUARTER OF THE NORTHEAST
18 QUARTER, SECTION 17, TOWNSHIP 1 SOUTH, RANGE 13 WEST, LITTLE
19 ROCK, PULASKI COUNTY, ARKANSAS, BEING MORE PARTICULARLY
20 DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: BEGINNING AT THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF
21 THE SW 1/4, NE 1/4, SECTION 17, T-1-S, R-13-W; THENCE SOUTH 88°39'09"
22 EAST 165.00 FEET; THENCE NORTH 01°39'51" EAST 749.06 FEET; THENCE

31 Section 2. The preliminary site development plan/plat be approved as recommended by the Little
32 Rock Planning Commission.

1 Section 3. That the change in zoning classification contemplated for Village at Whispering
2 Valley/The Beverly - Revised PRD located west of Village Run Parkway, south of Alexander Road (Z-
3 9407-E)is conditioned upon obtaining final plan approval within the time specified by Chapter 36,Article
4 VII, Section 36-454(e)of the Code of Ordinances.(See Exhibit A, B &C).
5 Section 4.That this Ordinance shall not take effect and be in full force until the final plan approval.
6 Section 5.That the map referred to in Chapter 36 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little
7 Rock, Arkansas, and designated district map be and it hereby amended to the extent and in the respects
8 necessary to affect and designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
9 Section 6.Severability. In the event any title,section,paragraph, item,sentence,clause phrase, or
10 word of this resolution is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration or
11 adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the ordinance which shall remain in full force and
12 effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional was not originally a part of the
13 ordinance.
14 Section 7.Repealer. All laws, ordinances, resolutions, or parts of the same, that are inconsistent
15 with the provisions of this resolution, are hereby repealed to the extent of such inconsistency.
