4 AND TO ESTABLISH A PLANNED DISTRICT - COMMERCIAL TITLED
5 VALLEY OAKS COURT - LOTS 1R-4R, CONCEPTUAL PD-C LOCATED
6 AT THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF MABELVALE WEST ROAD AND
7 ANGEL COURT (Z-4768-E), CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS;
8 AMENDING THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
9 ROCK,ARKANSAS;AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

11 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
12 CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,ARKANSAS.
13 Section 1. The zoning classification of the following described property be changed from POD,
14 Planned Office District to PD-C,Planned District-Commercial:

16 Z-4768-E-DESCRIBED AS LOTS 1R,2R,3R,AND 4R OF VALLEY OAKS
17 COURT ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, PULASKI
18 COUNTY,ARKANSAS.(See Exhibit A).

20 Section 2.The preliminary site development plan/plat be approved as recommended by the Little
21 Rock Planning Commission.
22 Section 3.This change in zoning classification contemplated for Valley Oaks Court-Lots 1 R-4R,
23 Conceptual PD-C located at the Northwest corner of Mabelvale West Road and Angel Court(Z-4768-E)is
24 conditioned upon obtaining final plan approval within the time specified by Chapter 36,Article VII, Section
25 36-454€of the Code of Ordinances. (See Exhibit B).
26 Section 4.This Ordinance shall not take effect and be in full force until the final plan approval.
27 Section 5.The map referred to in Chapter 36 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock,
28 Arkansas,and designated district map be and it hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary
29 to affect and designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
30 Section 6.Severability. In the event any title,section,paragraph, item, sentence, clause phrase,or
31 word of this resolution is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration or
32 adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the ordinance which shall remain in full force and

1 effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional was not originally a part of the
2 ordinance.
3 Section 7.Repealer. All laws, ordinances, resolutions, or parts of the same, that are inconsistent
4 with the provisions of this resolution,are hereby repealed to the extent of such inconsistency.
