Development Staff Comments:
Show the following on the site plan:
Clearly show all property lines and corners.
Required land use buffers depicted on the east and south property lines.
Required street buffers along Baseline Road frontage.
Required building, interior and perimeter landscaping.
Proposed location of stormwater detention.
ADA access to the building.
Provide elevations of proposed building with dimensions.
Provide dimensions from building to all property lines.
The proposed plan for this property is very deficient. Staff suggests that the applicant defer the project for three (3) months, so that the applicant can meet with Planning, Landscaping,
and Engineering divisions and devise an acceptable plan for the property.
