Re-Zoning Request Letter
Property Address: 1701 N University Ave
Little Rock, AR 72207
We are seeking a re-zoning for the above-referenced property. We are requesting commercial
office designation and maintain the current single family residential designation.
The Pulaski County Circuit Clerk’s office was not able to provide copies of bills of assurance.
See below the commercial parameters:
1. Proposed use:
a. Commercial office
b. Commercial medical related facility
c. Commercial real estate office
d. Commercial type of businesses
2. Proposed business hours for the commercial zoning shall be:
a. Monday-Friday 6am-6pm
b. Saturday 7am-6pm
c. Sunday 1pm-6pm
3. Staffing shall be as required to operate the commercial business, not to exceed the fire
Marshall’s established occupancy requirements & limitations.
4. Two off-site parking spaces on “P” Street are indicated on the submitted survey.
