Development Staff Comments:
Provide the maximum number of staff at any given time for the proposed commercial, medical, real estate & commercial “type” uses. The statement provided in the cover letter regarding
number of staff is not sufficient.
Describe what you mean by ”commercial medical related facility.”
The existing single-family aspect of the proposed plan shall not be operated as a Short-Term Rental at any time.
Will there be only one (1) business operated within the structure at any given time, or will the structure be divided into multiple businesses?
