Dear Sir or Madam, I own the property at 904 S Schiller St, the lot is 33 feet wide by
50 feet long. I am requesting permission to build a house on the same footprint as
the original structure with a 90 square feet addition. Due to the small size of the lot, I
am requesting a variance minimum setback requirements on the front and back sides
of the property
