Deborah as discussed I have attached a letter from Deltic Timber Corp. dated 11-6-1998 which required that Chenal Valley Architectural Control wanted the courtyard (driveway) to be screened.
We later agreed on shrubbery which is no longer feasible since the roots have grown into & damaged the sewer lines.
