Attached are the application, affidavit, survey, and filing fee for the above referenced project.
This project is located at #48 Orle Circle and is zoned R-2.
The home builder has constructed a residential structure that slightly encroaches onto the side
yard bULUdck, and rear yard setback as shown on the attached survey. The home builder has a
buyer if the encroachments can be granted a variance.
We have also attached some photos of the completed home.
Please place this item on the next available Board of Adjustment agenda.
