Applicant responses are due no later than Wednesday, July 16, 2025. Please submit revised site plans, if applicable, along with any written responses. All documents should be submitted

Development Staff Comments:
Provide a cover letter detailing the proposed development including description of exterior building materials.
Provide a completed street ROW form.
The building shall not exceed thirty-five (35) feet in height.
Will the proposed building contain decks, patios or common areas? If so, show on the site plan and label with dimensions.
How will the property landscaping/yard spaces be maintained?
All signage must comply with Section 36-552 of the City’s Zoning Ordinance (signs permitted in multifamily zones).
All lighting must be low-level and directed away from adjacent properties.
Will there be a dumpster on the site or will standard City Residential collection be utilized? All dumpster areas must be screened and comply with Section 36-523 of the City’s Zoning
Ordinance.
Provide explanation of parking plan.
