3 A RESOLUTION TO AUTHORIZE THE CITY MANAGER TO ENTER
4 INTO A CONTRACT WITH CDW-G, IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED
5 SEVENTY-THREE THOUSAND, TWENTY-EIGHT DOLLARS
6 ($73,028.00), FOR RENEWAL OF THE CITY'S ADOBE SOFTWARE
7 PRODUCT SERVICES, SUBSCRIPTIONS, AND LICENSURE TO
8 SUPPORT CITY BUSINESS PROCESSES FOR A TERM OF ONE (1)-
9 YEAR;AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

I 1 WHEREAS, the City's Information Technology Department has a need to renew its annual software
12 subscription and licensure for Adobe software products which are currently utilized by the City's
13 departments to support business processes as the City's current contract expires on August 8,2026; and,
14 WHEREAS, pursuant to Little Rock,Ark. Resolution No. 16,603 (February 18, 2025), as amended,
15 vendor selection of CDW-G to serve as Adobe software licensure vendor was made through Sourcewell
16 Contract No. 121923 CDWG-Software Gov-Only;and,
17 WHEREAS, per the quote attached hereto as Exhibit A, the cost for renewal of the City's Adobe
18 subscription software license through authorized reseller, CDW-G is Sixty-Six Thousand, Three Hundred
19 Eighty-Nine and 44/100 Dollars($66,389.44),plus a ten 10%contingency if needed,for a total of Seventy-
20 Three Thousand,Twenty-Eight Dollars($73,028.00).
21 NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
22 OF LITTLE ROCK,ARKANSAS;
23 Section 1.The City Manager is authorized to enter into a Contract with CDW-G in an amount not to
24 exceed Seventy-Three Thousand, Twenty-Eight Dollars($73,028.00), including applicable taxes and fees
25 and a ten(10)percent contingency if needed,for the cost to renew the City's Adobe subscription software
26 license for a term of one(1)year.
27 Section 2.Funds for this expenditure will be paid from each City Department's designated accounts to
28 cover the costs of subscriptions and licenses utilized by their respective staff.
29 Section 3. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause, phrase, or
30 word of this resolution is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration or
31 adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the resolution which shall remain in full force and
32 effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional were not originally a part of the
33 resolution.

1 Section 4.Repealer.All laws, ordinances, resolutions,or parts of the same,that are inconsistent with
2 the provisions of this resolution,are hereby repealed to the extent of such inconsistency.
