Dear Members of the Planning Commission,
I am writing to formally request a Special Use Permit for the property located at 1801 E 3rd
Street in Little Rock, Arkansas 72202. The purpose of this request is to operate the property as
both a Short term and Long term rental, when needed. The 2-story home has 3 bedrooms 2.5
bathrooms, open familyroom/dining/kitchen, rear patio, has a concrete driveway large enough
to fit 4 vehicles. The home also sits on a corner lot so there is ample street parking that will not
block neighbors, if needed.
The proposed use is consistent with the character of the surrounding area and will not adversely
affect nearby properties. I have taken care to ensure that the project will meet all applicable
zoning requirements and will incorporate appropriate measures to address traffic, parking,
noise, and safety concerns.
Attached to this letter are the required application materials, including site plans, house plans,
and any supporting documentation. I am committed to working closely with the Planning
Commission and city staff to ensure full compliance with all regulations and to address any
concerns that may arise during the review process.
