Price and 1 other (Engineer)

On September 24, 2025 the Planning Staff (Monte Moore, Torrence Thrower and
Amelia Goldman, Debra Stafford, and Romie Price) as well as Public Works Staff (Vince
Floriani) met with Kwendeche and three (3) others regarding the ACTS Senior Village - PCD
application, located at the SEC of John Barrow Road and W. 40th Street..
The following issues were discussed:
1. Needing a Site Plan - We are needing a site plan that has the dimensions.
2. ROW's - We are needing a copy of the survey with Right of Way's that are to be
abandoned to be highlighted.
3. We are needing letters from abutting property owners of ROW abandonments
agreeing to the abandonment.
4. We are needing a letter from Rock Region Metro regarding the bus stop.
Staff requested that the PCD application be held for the December 11, 2025 Planning
Commission meeting, to give additional time to resolve all issues.
Staff gave the applicants until October 13, 2025 to submit the above referenced
documentation.
