Legal DescripƟon of Project Site The property is legally described as: West 1/2 Block 158, Lots 6-12 of Block 132 and 157, John Barrow Road AddiƟon, City of LiƩle Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas. Project DescripƟon ACTS Senior Village is envisioned as a vibrant, mulƟ-phase community development iniƟaƟve. Phase I, targeted to begin construcƟon in Spring 2026, will feature:  Tiny Senior Homes: Single-level residences designed with two bedrooms and two-car driveways, providing safe and accessible housing for senior residents.  Future agricultural center: (Food Processing and Container Farm) a fully assembled, on-site agricultural system to support local food sustainability. A shared green space dedicated to growing organic vegetables, fostering wellness and healthy living.  New Worship Center (250 seats): A Community Gathering Place, spiritual and social hub designed to bring together residents and neighbours in the Barrow Road community.  Pop-Up Spaces - a plaƞorm for small business growth and economic development, offering opportuniƟes for local entrepreneurship.  Future Bus Stop: We are providing space for provision of future bus stop. Community Engagement and Planning We have acƟvely engaged with the Barrow Road Neighborhood AssociaƟon, having already met with the organizaƟon two Ɵmes to explain the project in detail. Our engineering and architectural teams are acƟvely engaged in the design and planning process, and they will conƟnue to provide professional guidance as we move through the approval and building stages.
