To Whom It May Concern:
I am submitting this letter to describe the intended use of my property as a short-term rental and
to support my application for licensing and compliance review.
The property will be used exclusively for short-term lodging, defined as stays of less than 30
days, and will operate in full compliance with all applicable city ordinances, zoning
requirements, and safety standards. The home will not be used for large events, parties, or
gatherings that exceed the allowed occupancy.
Guests will have access to the entire home and its amenities. I will ensure the property remains
well -maintained, clean, and respectful of the neighborhood. Clear house rules will be provided to
all guests, including guidance on parking, noise, trash disposal, and respectful behavior toward
neighbors.
I will remain available to the City and to neighbors as the primary point of contact and will
respond promptly to any issues that may arise. The property will also be professionally
monitored, with all required safety devices installed, including smoke detectors, carbon
monoxide detectors, fire extinguishers, and clearly posted emergency information.
It is my goal to provide safe, high -quality accommodations that contribute positively to the local
community while adhering strictly to the City of Little Rock's short-term rental requirements.
