Dear Neighbor,
I am writing to inform you that, in 2018, 1 started using the property located at 1908 S. Van Buren as a
short-term rental. Due to recent ordinance changes by the City of Little Rock, I am in the process of
formally registering this property as a short-term rental. I wanted to reach out to my neighbors to
provide some information and ensure we continue maintaining a positive relationship.
Property Address: 1908 S. Van Buren Little Rock, AR 72204
• Type of Rental: The property may continue to be used as a short-term rental, meaning it will be
rented for periods of 29 days or less.
Maximum Occupancy: The maximum number of guests will be 6.
Local Regulations: I am in the process of obtaining the necessary permits through the City of
Little Rock.
As an active property owner of this neighborhood, I will continue doing my best to ensure the property
