AND A strip of land 24 feet wide off the East or Northeast Part of the lands platted as Edgehill Addition to the City of Little Rock, Pulaski County Arkansas, by the Plat for record August 27, 1930, which is recorded in Plat record #3, at Page 129, of the records of Pulaski County, Arkansas, said strip of land being more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the Northeast corner of Plot 62 of said Edgehill, an Addition to the City of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas, run thence North 28 degrees 34 minutes East, a distance of 26.7 feet; thence South 34 degrees 54 minutes East a distance of 473.1 feet; thence due South a distance of 28.5 feet; thence Westerly 26.8 feet along Crestwood to its intersection with the Southeast corner of Plot 62, Edgehill an Addition to the City of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas; thence due North a distance of 22 feet; thence North 34 degrees 54 minutes West a distance of 451.5 feet to the point of beginning. Said strip being originally platted as Brimwood Road, being disclaimed by the City of Little Rock in Ordinance No. 5134, filed July 24, 1934 in Deed Book 228, Page 571, records of Pulaski County, Arkansas.
