Application for The South 100 feet of Lots 7 &* Block 14, Rectortown Addition. 1020 East 6th Street, East Village We are submitting a P.Z.D. application to allow for the existing industrial/ building into a restaurant/ food service facility. It is currently used for a small-scale retail tenant, and has two residential units attached. The existing space that we are looking to turn into restaurant/ food service was previously utilized as a retail space as well. Based on proposed uses, we will not be seeking any significant structural changes, or any additional parking spaces. We are seeking permission to utilize the internal space for customer seating, and for beverage service as well as dry storage, food storage and preparation of food items. We are also seeking permission to permanently park a food truck in the back of the building to utilize as our cooking facility. We would utilize the electricity of the building to power the food truck.
