Provide list of uses for the site with square footage for each use.
Staff suggests C-3 permitted uses as alternate uses/use mix. The applicant needs to confirm this is acceptable.
Will there be any outdoor seating. If so, label on site plan.
Provide parking plan & number of parking spaces provided for commercial uses.
