In regard to Z number Z-10274 "Other Departments"
1) I acknowledge all the requests and will comply with all requests
2) it lists "Ace general contractors" and "sec of W Baseline Rd & Margo Ln", neither of which apply to my specific Z number
In regard to Z number Z-10274 "Staff Comments"
1) The square footage for each unit is approximately 864 sq feet each (1,728 ft total of both units)
2) Both units will be rented separately at short term units
3) Both units will be rented in their entirety
4) The current property was purchased as a long term rental to stay a long term rental consisting of 12 month lease durations but after a few months of sitting vacant we decided to apply
to switch the purpose to a short term rental yet it has not been rented for me at all yet
