Good afternoon Mr. Rees,
For the Pinnacle Station Shopping Center, the proposed shift
was reviewed and ARDOT is unable to implement the
driveway change as requested. The review resulted in the
determination that it is infeasible to tie down at less than 8%
at this location. It was further determined that ARDOT’s
proposed change shifted the driveway over as far as possible
to provide adequate work room without impacting the
adjacent property. ARDOT remains willing to shift the
driveway as shown in the attached aerial photo. Please let us
know if you would like for us to shift the driveway as shown
in the 9-2-25 proposal.
For Cantrell West at Rummel Rd., ARDOT is prepared to
adjust the right of way limits to keep from conflicting with the
proposed parking spaces. However, we need the grading
plans for the parking lot in order to ensure that we can tie the
proposed driveways to it in the 061382 job as well as in the
future when Hwy. 10 is extended further to the west. Please
provide any grading plans at your earliest convenience so
that we can finalize the revised right of way limits.
I was not able to understand your question about the road
behind Buffalo Wild Wings. It is our understanding that it is
your strong preference that ARDOT cancel the proposed
Taylor Loop Rd. extension that goes around the Buffalo Wild
Wings location and connects to the Fuller & Son Hardware
and Pinnacle Station properties.
Thank you,
