Applicant Comments for Proposed Development
Applicant responses are due no later than Thursday, December 11, 2025. Please
submit revised site plans, if applicable, along with written responses from
Development Staff and “Other Departments.” Please submit responses to
comments to: tthrower@littlerock.gov & agoldman@littlerock.gov

Hamilton Station Apartments – PRD
North of 14524 Cantrell Road
Development Staff Comments:
1. Provide detailed traffic study for proposed development.
2. Provide N/S and E/W cross sections through the property, showing proposed
development.
3. Provide phasing plan.
4. Label all components of common areas south of pavilion (pool, etc.).
5. Provide elevations for all buildings depicted on the site plan.
6. Clearly label floodway line and 25-foot floodway setback line.
7. All dumpsters placed on the site must be screened and comply with Section 36-523
of the City’s Zoning Ordinance.
8. All signage must comply with Section 36-555 of the City’s Zoning Ordinance (signs
permitted in commercial zoning)
9. Any site lighting must be low-level and directed away from adjacent properties.
10. Provide dimensions of parking area and driveways.
11. Will there be several floor units above the clubhouse building?
12. Provide plan for leasable area of clubhouse building.
