Development Staff Comments:
Provide cover letter describing the request.
Staff suggest using the survey utilizing different colors to depict the existing and proposed fence sections.
Provide proposed fence height and type of materials the fence will be built with.
Any fence or wall erected must comply with Section 36-516 of the City’s Zoning Ordinance.
