Attached in relation to 10286 (Young Street) and 10287 (Tyler Street) are drafts of the required Bills of Assurance for each property and for review and comment by the City. If changes
are requested, please let me know.
Please note that the Tyler Street BoA dedicates the 25’ centerline right-of-way as required by the staff comments.
Also please note that when approval by the PC and the Board are completed, the final BoA will be recorded along with the ultimately approved plot plans attached to each, respectively.

Attached is the updated and revised plot plan for 10286. However, I know the client has reached out to you and to speak to engineering because he thinks the original plan works better
than the revised. He just wanted to get this in for timing purposes and we can work out the other details later so as not to lose out on the May meeting date.
