THAT, WHEREAS, The Wilson Co., Inc. is the sole owner of the
following described land lying in the County of Pulaski, State of
Arkansas, to -wit:
A Replat of Part of Tract "A" Dale Woods Subdivision described as:
Be§inning at a point.205 feet north of the SW corner of said Tract
"A which is the NW corner.of Section "B" of Clover Hill Place,
thence south 670201_ east along the north,line of said section "BIT
156.7 feet, thence north 7404.41 east along said north line 85.65•feet,
thence south 89.0151 east along said north line 273.5 feet to the east
line of said Tract "A" Dale Woods Subdivision, thence north 0003,
east along said east line 573 feet, thence south 45008' west 706.6
feet to the west.'line of said Tract "A" Dale Woods Subdivision,
thence south along said west line 32,feet to the point of beginn-
ing, containing 3.7 acres, more or less.
NOW THEREFORE WITNESSETH:
THAT, the above owners here and after termed Grantors have caused said
tract of land to be surveyed by William W., Hope, Registered Professional
Engineer, and a plat thereof which is identified by the Title Sec. "C"
Clover Hill Place bearing the date of D and bearing a
Certificate of Approval, executed by the Little Rock Planning Commission,
of record in the office_ of the Circuit Clerk, an Ex-OOf//ficio Recorder of
Pulaski County, Arkansas, in Plat Book )(0 , Page SRO , and the Grantors
do hereby make this Bill of Assurance.
There are strips shown on said plat and marked "Utility Easement"
and "Drainage Easement" reserved for the use of public utilities and for
drainage purposes respectively, subject at all times to the proper
authorities and to the.easement herein reserved. Owners of the lots in
this subdivision shall take their titles subject to the rights of the
public utilities and the'public.
The filing of this Bill of Assurance and plat for record in the office
of the Circuit Clerk, and Ex-Officio Recorder of Pulaski County, shall be
a valid and complete.d&livery and dedication of the streets and easements
shoran on the said. plat.
The lots in said subdivision shall be sold by the grantors and shall
be purchased by the buyers thereof subject to the following covenants, to-

1. No lot shall be used except for residential purposes, and shall
