Will the occupants drive? If so, provide parking plan showing where staff and residents will park.
Each bedroom will need a minimum of 125 square feet for two (2) occupants. Bedroom one (1) and two (2) will only allow one (1) occupant each.
Will both caregivers live in the residence?
