Development Staff Comments:
Will the occupants drive? If so, provide parking plan showing where staff and residents will park. A.Yes. I have provided pictures of parking plan.
Each bedroom will need a minimum of 125 square feet for two (2) occupants. Bedroom one (1) and two (2) will only allow one (1) occupant each.A. I acknowledge. And will comply.
Will both caregivers live in the residence? 1 care giver is going to reside in the home. And the other one will make house visits when needed.
