Please find attached the Notice of Public Hearing Affidavit form and the draft agenda for the May 14, 2026, Planning Commission meeting.
Please use the agenda to obtain your “Z” number.
Notices must be postmarked no later than Wednesday, April 29, 2026
Please provide the following notice exhibits below to Development staff no later than Friday, May 1, 2026.
Proof of notification. (Completed Notice of Public Hearing Form - attached).
Copy of certified abstract list. (Please note abstract list must come from a licensed title and/or abstract company).
Certified mail receipts. The small green/white receipts reflecting the postmark stamp affixed at the post office. (Please fill out the receipts to include the landowner’s mailing address
provided by the title search).
Applicants are required to provide a photo to staff demonstrating the sign provided by this office was posted at the site. Please note the sign must be visible from the street.
Failure posting the sign and submitting a photo to staff may result in your application being deferred to the next meeting.
