Applicant responses are due no later than Wednesday, November 12, 2025. Please
submit revised site plans, if applicable, along with written responses from
Development Staff and “Other Departments.” Please submit responses to

Development Staff Comments:
1.Provide total square footage of the residence.
2.Provide square footage for each individual bedroom.
3.Provide number of people that will occupy each bedroom.
4.Provide maximum number of staff at any given time.
5.Will there be a live-in caretaker, or will caretaker be available during certain hours? If
so, describe.
7.Will the occupants drive? If so, provide parking plan showing where staff and
residents will park.
8.Provide completed street right-of-way form.
