We provide a compassionate, respectful environment with a focus on cultural sensitivity and
community integration. Residents will have access to:
Shelter and basic personal care (bathing, grooming, shaving)
• Daily activities such as:
o Gardening
o Fishing
o Social events
o Religious services (upon request)
o Physical exercise
• Transportation for errands and appointments
Assistance with housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation
• Holiday celebrations and access to online Wi-Fi
• Skilled health care visits (as needed)
• Access to Primary Care Physician (PCP) services
Visitation Policy:
• Visitors are welcome during designated hours BETWEEN 10AM TIL 8PM
• No overnight guests allowed
• All visitors must adhere to visitation guidelines
S. Staffing
• Staff will be present on -site for 12 hours per day/ 6am til 6pm
• 2 Staff members per day, 7 days a week
• Additional staffing will be provided as needed to ensure resident care and safety
6. Transportation Policy
• Residents are not permitted to operate or keep personal vehicles at the facility
7. Parking Availability
• Newly poured gravel driveway accommodates up to 5 vehicles
• Additional 3 street parking spots are available in front of the property
• Ample parking space for staff, visitors, and service providers
