Allow me to clarify.  Please keep me on the Schedule for Feb 2026 Meeting.   I am seeking zoning approval for a small group home in Arkansas. The home would serve 4 adult men, age 58 and older, male-only. All residents will have completed their sentences in full and are legally eligible for release. They remain incarcerated only because they have no approved residence—no family or community placement. Many have little to no support system. You will screen and select residents, prioritizing older men with the least serious criminal histories. DOC (Dept of Corrections), is ready to move forward and has already contacted me about zoning so they can measure rooms and proceed. Keeping these men incarcerated is costing taxpayers unnecessarily, while housing is the real barrier. There is a statewide need for homes like this, and Arkansas lacks sufficient placements. These resources ( homes n care) are strong, reasonable, and humane. I have been trying to succeed at this project for a long time. I am compassionate about providing resources and services.  I am Phyllis Green RN, Administrator For Step By Step Senior Care, for over 15yr. I love what I do. You state that the residents of the home will be disabled. Can you please state their disability? 2. Are all 4 individuals living in the home from the Department of Corrections? Thank you,
