re: Application for a Conditional Use Permit

Dear Brad Jordan, I the applicant, Mr. Stanley Phillips, I am pleased to
submit to you the
enclosed documents (completed application; three copies of a survey; eighteen
copies of a site plan; and an application fee check) towards
implementing the process to obtain a Conditional Use Permit for the development
of property on Martin parcel# 341_0920027100. The
property is intended to be developed by the me as two (2) residential duplex units
with off street parking.
Please note that the applicant shall act in my, own behalf during the
application process.
The new units (2x attached units with four (4) separate tenant's), approx. 2,348 sf each
duplex unit) shall be a two-story, flat reinforced concrete slab; thermal insulated
wood -framed structure; clad with vinyl siding{ vinyl clad -thermal glazed windows and a hip
roof clad with asphalt shingles. Eight (8) .concrete paved off-street car slots are to be
constructed on the properly, as illustrated on the site plan.
