2ND FLOOR PLUMBING
1. Section 504.6.1 Discharge.
The relief valve shall discharge
full size to outside of the building
or to an indirect waste receptor by
means of an air gap.
2. Section 504.7.2 Pan Drain termination.
The pan drain shall extend full-szie and
terminate over a suitably located indirect waste
receptro or floor drain or to the exterior of
the building and terminate not less than 6" and
not more than 24" above the ground surface..
3. Section 607.3 Thermal expansion control.
A means of controlling increased pressure caused
by thermal expansion shall be provided where required
in accordance with 607.3.1 and 607.3.2
4. Section 606.2 Location of shut off valves.
(1) On the fixture side of each plumbing fixture except
bathtubs and showers in one and two family
residential Occupancies.
