Dear Mr. Moore:
I am resubmitting a site plan by email for the referenced residential development that will include the
construction of 6 houses – two sets of three townhouses. These homes will be constructed using an asphalt
shingle roof, brick, and vinyl siding. We have made two updates to the project. First, we moved the driveway
to back per City’s request. Secondly, we put each townhouse on its own lot so they can be sold separately.
The second change was recommended by neighbors.
In addition to this letter, I have also provided the following documents:
1. Revised Site plan
2. Revised Information Sheet
3. Revised Replat
4. Revised House plan
