We had plans to submit this project today. Unfortunately, my oldest son passed away unexpectedly Thursday evening, and I was unable to pull this together for the client. To that end,
we respectfully request another deferral until the January 8th Planning Commission Meeting for Project - Z-10201.

Per our phone conversation, I would like to respectfully request a deferral until the December 12th Planning Commission Meeting for Project - Z-10201.
I am requesting this deferral because the owner needs more time to redesign the buildings in order to reconfigure the site in accordance with the City of Little Rock's wishes.
