Attached are the drawings, application, affidavit, and filing fee for the above referenced project.
This project is located at 13401 Kanis Road and includes the existing residence at 1200 White Road.
Currently Lot 1 is zoned POD and Lot 2 is zoned R-2. The Developer would like to have the POD zoning
line match the existing development to the west and have three residential lots that front on White
Road.
The existing landowner is the Snell Family Living Trust located at 7023 Ruth Ann Lane, Little Rock, AR
72223. Hays Holding, LLC is under contract to purchase the property and is located at 13423 Kanis
Road, Little Rock, AR 72223. The proposed source of water is from Central Arkansas Water with the
wastewater disposal being collected by Little Rock Water Reclamation Authority.
Please place this item on the next available Planning Commission agenda. Please do not hesitate to
