Mr. Thrower,
Please find the following response to staff comments:
Development –
1) Steel frame, metal building with a brick wainscot, to match the existing building next door at 13423 Kanis
Road.
2) Sixteen-foot eve height with a twenty-four-foot ridge height, to match the existing building next door at 13423
Kanis Road.
3) Office Space is 500 square feet, with a warehouse space of 7,500 square feet.
Public Works –
1) The Kanis Road right of way of 45’ exists today.
2) The developer will dedicate 30’ of right of way adjacent to the office/warehouse use.
3) Will comply.
4) The developer will pay the in-lieu contribution for the Kanis Road widening.
5) The developer will widen White Road to 15.50’ adjacent to the office/warehouse use and 13.00’ adjacent to
the residential use, from the centerline of the existing road.
6) The proposed driveway adjacent to Kanis Road has been removed.
7) Will comply, storm water detention has been added to the PCD.
